What started as a blank slate transformed into a modern, striking and functional real estate office. Divided into two spaces, one area serves as a working area for the agents, while the secondary area, complete with an oversized high top table, serves as a presentation centre and meeting room, displaying current listings and developments. The height of the space was emphasized with white tones and created an easy backdrop for any featured developments to be displayed in the space. The black accent tones seen in the furnishings offer a sense of grounding and formality that also brought in their branding.
